2、Using frequency converter to control the fan frequency, with the wind speed sensor, online monitoring and automatic adjustment of wind speed, the average wind speed in the clean area can be kept at 0.36~0.54m/s.
3、Vertical unidirectional flow, air flow from top to bottom, ensure the uniformity of airflow, reduce the possibility of pollution.
4、The positive pressure and negative pressure of the isolator can be adjusted: the pressure in the cavity can be manually adjusted according to the specific operation requirements.
