Reshaping the coil
1.This procedure is normally done in stator production line by comhination of man and simple machine.
2.Reshaping coil by pressing the stamping, making bigger room inside the stamping so that it will be easier for rotor to be fixed into it.
3.It will be strickly checked to see if any wire cut or not, or there is any other problems before passed to another line.
Drifting varnish machines for double insulation
Our factory is equipped with two big drifting varnish machines of double insulations for all rotors.
Through deep drifting some varnish on each rotor, it will have strong oxidation resistance, so that it can better guarantee motor lifespan.
100% testing on stator production line
Same as rotor production, each stator coiling must be 100% passing leakage testing before being used to combine with rotor into finished product.
If some stator coils are found can not work properly, they will be regarded as unqualified products and disposed as scrap.

Our workshop has two parts, the left and right side; the middle passageway is 9M in width and sturdy rooftop.
Two assembly lines with 12000pcs as daily output,more and more lines will be brought in as orders get increasing.
The automatic balancing machine can guarantee very stable functions when rotor is working.
We have 8 stator winding machines, three of them can work automatically, with over 10000pcs per day.
