1. What precision can you make?

We can manufacture high precision according to DIN 876 standard. Our head office are specialized in ultra-precision inspection and control for many years and we have many advance inspection machines.

2. Do you have any certificates and Inspection reports?

Many certificates such as CE, BUV, ISO9001 etc has been obtained.

Each of our product will be tested by many times in different time within one week and then we will make report by our Head Office. By the way, our ultra-precision inspection and control technologies are used on Chinese big plane--C919, High Train and big ship. We also cooperate with US Boeing.

3. Is there white line, spot or crack on granite surface plate?

It’s normal that there is white line, spot or crack on the natural granite. But We have a lot of processes to test granite material. Our head office is specialized in ultra-precision inspection for many years. We can not only detect the white lines, spots and cracks on the granite surface, but also detect the internal cracks in the granite!

It is very easy to find white line, crack on granite surface, but it’s very difficult to find the internal crack in the granite. We all worked in precision field and know how importance of precision and stability of granite surface plate. If there is a internal crack in granite, it will mostly threat our workers’ life, and it will also affect the precision of granite surface plate.

 Why many supplier do not make internal inspection in granite even they how importance for precision and stability if there is a internal crack?

1) The Inspection cost is too high. They can not afford a suit of inspection devices.

2) The material cost is high. Some suppliers will choose bad material only the surface is good even they there is a internal crack. They will try to repair it to make the appearance looks good.

4. What should we do when we get granite surface plate?

1) Open the package for checking. If there is any Knocked wounded on the products, do not worry, take photos and video and send them to : serviceatnd-cnc.com.

2)If everything is ok, please put your products in constant temperature plant for 24 hours. And then you could use it!
