We specializes in high-mix, low volume and quick turn prototype PCB for high-tech industries, our advantageous PCB is Multilayer circuit board, includes High frequency, HDI, Heavy Copper, Rigid-Flex, high frequency microwave, and Embedded Capacitance. And also offer one-stop turnkey service, consisting of reasonable quote, layout/design, copy (Gerber, BOM), fabrication, component sourcing, assembly (SMT, DIP, COB), advanced testing, well packing, fast delivery and after-sales service. We have two workshops in area over 2000sqm, which 10 PCBA production line and have a complete set of advanced production equipment, included AOI machine, SMT machine, wave soldering machine, and reflow soldering machine. We also have complete of testing instrument, include ICT machine, frequency generator, transistor characteristic graphic instrument, capacitance withstand voltage leakage current meter, withstand voltage tester. All of the machines are in line with the European Union and the North American home appliance industry testing standards, so we can meet customers’ requirement.

Q: Will you check my files before production?
A: Yes, our engineer will check your gerber file and BOM list to avoid any mistake.
Q:What kind of PCB file format can you accept for production? What CAM software do you use?
A:We accept Gerber file for production. CAM350, GENESIS, UCAM, GC-CAM, V-2000.
Q:Can you design Gerber file?
A:Yes, we can design Gerber file if customer can provide us schematic, schematic sample can also be provided if customer want.
Q:For turnkey assembly orders, what is your procures components process?
A: If we do not have inventory in stock, we order parts in volume per your Bill of Materials (BOM) so you obtain the highest level
of cost savings. For the hard-to-find or rarely used parts, we typically add 5% as spare parts to insure we have enough parts to
manufacture your complete order. For order minimums, we contact the customer for approvals.
Q: What is the minimum size for turnkey assembly orders?
A: We have no minimum order size. However, larger orders can obtain greater cost savings.
Q: What's the lead time for PCBA?
A: 8-10 days for sample, 15-20 days for bulk order.
Q: How about the delivery?
A:It is depended on customer, sometimes we ship through our forwarder, who is also the agency of DHL, TNT,UPS, FedEx and so on.
Our forwarder can provide too much cheaper freight cost than we get directly from that express enterprise. If customer has their
own express account number, we will also arrange the shipment based on.
Q: My budget is limited, can you provide solutions to save cost ?
A: Yes, we can. For example: Replace the DIP components with SMD components, so it can narrow the PCB board size to save cost.Relayout the PCB to reduce the size, it can save cost; also we can recommend you alternative components.
