Our double planetary dispersing power mixer has combined the theories of the traditional double planetary mixer and high speed dispersing mixer, to create a new, all-round machine, at present it is widely used in many fields.
As per the character of power cells - having high solidity and high viscosity contents, we developed new reinforced machinery, based on the traditional planetary & dispersing power mixer, with higher rotation speed and larger torque. During the design, we fully considered factors such as rotational speed of stirrers, mixing power, linear dispersion speed, suspension grade, liquid flow pattern and distribution of turbulence intensity inside of vessel. The highest dispersion speed now has a maximum of 25m/s and the reinforced twist stirrers can deal with any high viscosity battery slurry. A new mixing method——the revolution of twist stirrer is clockwise and the rotation of twist stirrer is anticlockwise, enabling mixing without dead point and climbing phenomena. Three sets of mechanical seals, together with soft & silence sealing to maintain vacuum degree, improving theoretical sealing properties by 30%. Pt100 temperature measurement sensors can have direct contact with material, increasing accuracy of temperature measurement, response is much faster, error is reduced to only ±0.5°C.

Super fine high speed dispersing grain size( from macroscopic dispersion to microcosmic dispersion)

Super fine dispersing homogeneity emulsification, no dead angle, incredibly minute gap between twist screw type stirrers(gap between stirrer and stirrer is 2-4mm, gap between stirrer and vessel wall is 2-3mm.)

Batching time shortened more than 40%, improving production efficiency.

Increased electrical conductivity of lithium battery, improved slurry electrode quality. Materials pass instantly; heat productivity drops to the lowest value.

Emulsification stirrer.
