5-speed manual YAMZ-1205 gearbox
Transmission type. Upgraded 5-speed, mechanical, with synchronizers in 2-3 and 4-5 gears.
Gear shift control. Lever or remote control mechanism with roller output to the left or right with roller overhang of 155 or 250 mm. The use of an electro-pneumatic control system for gear shifting from various manufacturers is provided.
Additional power. from a special countershaft gear up to 29.5 kW (40 hp), from a toothed coupling at the rear end of the countershaft up to 73.5 kW (100 hp), driven by a mainshaft ring gear up to 132 kW ( 180 hp).
Clutch housing. with dimensions according to SAE 1 with a hatch for the installation of a flanged pneumatic clutch release.
Oil volume. The volume of oil in the gearbox housing is 5.5 + 0'3 liters.
Additional options. The boxes can be completed with a sealed clutch housing, an output shaft cover for a mechanical or electronic speedometer drive.
