Products Details
Test for quality control:
Heat test.
Put the glass lid into oven at 200 ℃ for 60 minutes, remove immediately into water at room's temperature the lid should not be broken or cracked.
Impact resistance test.
Drop the 225g ball from the highth at 1.5 metres in free fall and impact on the lid at 1/3 radius, so after three times, damage or cracks are not allowed.
Pressure test.
Use 120-grit abrasive paper scraping on the back side of the lid for 15times, then check after 24 hours, the lid should not be broken or cracked.
Dishwasher test.
Washed by the dishwasher for 50 times, the lid should not turn to be yellow or dark, and without loosing and deformation on the stainless steel rim.
Destructive testing.
Break the lid with hammer and check, the number of particles should be over 50pcs within the area of 50m*50mm, and the biggest fragment should not over 3g.
Salt frog test.
Put the lid into the frog of 5% Nacl with the PH at 7.0 for 24 hours. Unmovable rust is not allowed on the rim.

Packing & Delivery
1. Each glass lids is put with one polybag, suitable qty into one carton.
2. Between two pcs of glass lid, there has one paper mat, suitable qty into one carton.
3. Plastic and a wooden pallet is available.
4. One net is put near the container door to make sure the safety of the glass lid.

Logistics
It depends on you. Usually some small parcels or sample will delivered by express, 3-8 days for shipping, such us FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS, TNT etc. If your order with a large quality, always shipping by air, sea or railway, you can choose the best one from our quotation.
