Q4: Does the product price include logo . How can I make my custom logo and packaging ?
A : The listed product price does not include logo or different packaging . You can contact our sales for specific price if you need logo or custom packaging.

Q5: By which way do you ship?

All orders placed online will be delivered to your door by express: FedEx/Ups/DHL/TNT

For big order, you could contact us and require different shipment way such as air cargo or sea shipment.

Q6: How long is the warranty of your products?

We provide 1-year warranty on hardware.

Q7: How can I create my own artwork?

Template can be provided with you as long as you contact our sales. Artwork should be in PDF/AI/EPS file with resolution no less than 100 DPI when size 1:1. Make sure all fonts turned into curved (outlined) to avoid fonts changing. All the pictures should be linked to avoid missing.

Q8: Can you help me design the artwork?

Please provide us with your logos and contents, then our professional designer can help to design. Design charge will be depending on the complication of design job.

Q9: What is the size of flag pole and if the size of the flag can be customized?

A:Yes we have the standard size 6.5' 8' 11' 14' 17' for flag pole. And the size can be customized to be other size according to the product itself. we also provide kinds of base for you choose like cross base, aluminum base floating base spike base etc.

Q10 : How to place order and arrange payment ?
A : You can contact our sales to draft PI or trade assurance order for you or you can press " start to order " button on Alibaba . We will confirm the order once receive your info, you can arrange deposit payment once order is confirmed by both party. Telex transfer is a preferred way for payment.
