Thanks to its excellent mixing performance, accurate and stable measuring. HZS120 concrete batching plant can be used for various construction projects, for example, building, roads, railways, ports, bridges and airports etc., as well as in ready-mixed concrete production.
1. High-precision TOLEDO Load Cell and advanced electronic control design ensures the accuracy of weighing.
2. Adopt JS series twin shaft concrete mixer, with the advantages of good mixing quality and high production efficiency.
3. Combined type structure and modularized units design, very convenient for assembly and disassembly, deliver fast, easy to relocate.
4. Excellent environmental protection, dust collection system and anti-noise design. Can be fully enclosed type by covering the whole plant including the mixing tower, belt conveyor, mixing tower, cement silo, aggregate batcher.
5. Latest controlling technology: SIEMENS PLC and Industrial computer. Computer system can be controlled by manual, semi-automatic, or automatic, with the functions of automatic fault detection, remote maintenance. It's easy to operation with self-developed user-friendly control software
