4>. Filter replacement alarm pressure difference: 3.5 Bar;
5>. Dirt holding capacity: ≥296.6g (Under standard dust test conditions);
Operating temperature: -40℉~190℉
Pressure drop: ≤0.4 Bar
Filtration efficiency: ＞99.75%
Bapass valve opening pressure: 4 Bar
2600R010BN4HC/V-B4-KE50 Working Principle:
The filter is a double-precision filter , composed of a high precision filter and a coarse secondary filter. When the filter differential pressure is less than 4 bar , the by-pass valve on the filter is closed . The oil is filtered through both sets of filter media and clean oil enters the lubrication system . In emergency conditions when the filter differential pressure is greater tha 4 bar, the filter by-pass vlave is pushed open slightly and excess oil is allowed to by-pass the fine filter, but the oil is still filtered by the 50 μmsecondary filter to ensure no unfiltered oil enters the lubrication system. Under normal operation the oil passes through the 10 μm working media, followed by the 50 μm secondary media.
