Production Description of Diverter Valve

1) The plug diverter valve (two way valve) is mainly used for changing the direction of powder materials or small granular materials in pipes by pneumatic conveying system.

2) The plug diverter valve (two way valve) can be sent the material to two different locations during incoming material conditions.

3) In the system line switching, the plug diverter valve (two way valve) provides two different lines to make the material into or bypass certain processing.

4) With pneumatic, electric and manual switching line way, the machine body material can be cast iron and stainless steel.

5) The plug diverter valve (two way valve) can be widely used in the pneumatic conveying system of flour, bran, starch, grain, feed, sugar, chemical products, plastics powder materials, or bulk solid materials in flour mills, food factories, chemical factories, feed mills, rice mills, etc.

Main materials

Application

It is mainly used in pneumatic conveying to changing the conveying direction. It can reach two ways in and one way out, also can meet one way in and two ways out. We generally offer three drive types for the plug diverter valve, one is manual type, one is electric type, and the other one is pneumatic type.

We offer AirTAC and Festo cylinder. The solenoid valve goes with cylinder is DV24V, double coils.
