Gantry Type Manual Lithium Cylindrical Battery Spot Welding Machine
MDC series adopts capacitor energy storage transistor to control the discharge power supply. Because it is welded by using the energy stored in the capacitor in advance, small power supply equipment can also be used. It is controlled by 32-bit microprocessor, with digital energy setting and precise control of welding energy. Its alarm function can effectively detect the welding current, making the welding results stronger and more beautiful, anti-interference design and reliable operation. The unique and excellent characteristics of double pulse welding can provide better welding quality pulse. Different energy is used to discharge the welded object twice continuously. The first pulse removes the dirt on the solder surface and makes the electrode better align with the base surface. The second pulse welds the base material, so the welding is firm and beautiful, with less spatter and safe operation.
