ABMAC automatic high speed efficiency disposal disposable 8oz hot cold drinks tray bowl plate Coffee paper cup making machine.The machine is a multi station automatic molding machine, which can produce different sizes of paper cups with a series of continuous processes including automatic paper feeding through more than 2 times, paper anti-withdrawal device (to ensure accurate positioning), ultrasonic welding, transferring paper fan by magic hand , silicone oil lubricating bottom punching, bottom folding, bottom pre-heating, bottom knurling, cup discharging.
Application
Our disposable paper cup and plate making machine is an ideal device for producing paper cake cup, beverage paper cup, tea cup, coffee cup, advertising paper cups, market paper cups, ice cream paper cups or other disposable cone type food paper containers. A: Manufacturer and also offer One-Station factory machines solution for customers. Due to cost reason, production facility moving to Henan Province from Shanghai. and the show room and office is still in shanghai.

A: Standard 12-month. After the warranty, we still provide technical support to buyer at lowest cost.
Now 2 years warranty is testing for specific machines. Please check with our sales person.
Q3. how can we guarantee quality if we did not visit you before buying?
A: we can offer machine working videos, CE Certificates. Or you can arrange Third party verification.
Q4. What is the production time while placing order?
A: Normally about 20-180 work days according to different products. And contact with our staff for more details.
Q5. What is the delivery time?
A: After production completed, the test and commissioning work will last at least 72hours. And we will send testing videos to customers. And the machine packages photos will also be taken to customer for check. And contact with our staff for more details.
Q6. Can your company handle shipping for customers?
A: Yes, we can help customer to arrange shipping and insurance.
Q7. Does the packing strong?
A: Yes. Adopts moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging which is suitable for long-distance road transportation and various types of weather conditions.

A: 1)We provide training in our factory for free
2)We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training. You shall pay the round trip air fare and accommodations, plus each technician charges USD150/per day.

A: Currently, the production plan according to customers orders. And if you put an urgent order, need to discuss with our sales person.
