Pipeline heaters are electric heating equipment that mainly heats the medium of gas and liquid, and convert electricity into heat energy. The stainless steel electric heating tube is used as the heating element, and there are multiple baffles inside the product to guide the residence time of the medium in the cavity, so that the medium is fully heated and evenly heated, and the heat exchange is improved. The pipeline heater can heat the medium from the initial temperature to the required temperature, up to 800°C.
The pipeline heater consists of a body and a control system. The heating element is made of stainless steel pipe as a protective sleeve, high temperature resistance alloy wire, crystalline magnesium oxide powder, formed by a compression process, and the control part adopts advanced digital circuits, integrated circuit triggers, The high back pressure thyristor and other components constitute an adjustable temperature measurement and constant temperature system to ensure the normal operation of the electric heater.
