Products Description
SZG Series Double-Cone Vacuum Rotary Dryer is a new generation drying device developed by our factory in combination with domestic similar product technology. Double-cone vacuum adopts belt -- chain two elastic connection mode, so the equipment runs smoothly. The specially designed process fully reflects the good concentric of the two shafts, and the heat medium and vacuum system are both equipped with reliable mechanical seals or rotary joints using American technology. On this basis, we have developed SZG一A, which can not only stepless speed regulation, but also constant temperature control.
Main Features
Heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam or heat conduction oil) is provided in the closed interlayer, and the heat is transferred to the dried material through the inner shell. Driven by the power, the tank rotates slowly, and the materials in the tank are mixed constantly, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening drying; The material is in the vacuum state, the decrease of steam pressure makes the water (solvent) on the surface of the material reach the saturated state and evaporate, and the vacuum pump is discharged in time for recovery. The water (solvent) inside the material is constantly permeated to the surface, evaporation, discharge, the three processes carried out continuously, and the material achieves the purpose of drying in a short time.
When the oil is heated, automatic constant temperature control is adopted to dry biochemical products and mineral raw materials. The temperature can be between 20-60℃ and within ±2℃. High thermal efficiency, more than 2 times higher than the general oven. Indirect heating, the material will not be contaminated, in line with the requirements of "GMP", easy to maintain and clean.
