1. How to start an order?
For custom design, contact and tell us about your project. We will answer all of your questions and describe the solution. Whether you have a simple sketch, a digital image or just an idea, contact us and we will start designing and pricing, when we contract invoice, we will create a full color artwork of the product solution which is then sent by email for your approval. Once approved, your order goes to production. For RTS products, you tell us the item and quantity, we prepare the goods after contract.
2. My lapel pins/ coins need to display, any show box?
Usually the items will be poly-bagged. To enhance their presentation consider our various packaging options, we provide paper backcard, velvet bag, velvet box, plastic box, solid hard paper box.
3. How could I get a sample.
samples are free to provide, customer need to afford the express cost.
4.I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it?
For most items, it will need only 5-7 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, our sales will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.
5. I received, but it’s wrong, how could I do?
- If you provide wrong message and cofirmed wrong artwork or production plan, custome afford to re-make them.
- If we made products wrong with our artwork or production plan, we'll re-make for you for free.
- If you are in a rush for the wrong items, no time allowed for the re-making, please be kind to accept our apology and discount for you.
