What is biogas?

Biogas which is mainly methane, is a gas produced by anaerobic activity or fermentation of organic materials including: human and animal waste, domestic waste (household), biodegradable waste or any organic waste is biodegradable in anaerobic conditions. It is mainly composed of 60 to 70 percent methane, 30 to 40 percent carbon dioxide (CO2) and low amount of other gas.

The biogas slurry after fermentation can be used as organic fertilizer.

SIMPLE WAY INSTALLATION:

The system can be installed inside a trench, meaning that it will be partially covered by the ground.

ECONOMICAL WAY INSTALLATION:

Only needs fermentation mixture pond and bottom slurry pond: The DIGESTER is 0.5m height buried in the ground.

BEST WAY INSTALLAION:

Better for feeding and discharging:The digester is buried 0.5m height and have to build feed inlet and outlet chamber

HOW IS THE BIOGAS DIGESTER OPERATING?!

1.Feeding mixture:Please prepare fermentation mixture(the suitable concentration is:10-20%),it can be all kinds of manure waste such as cows' ,sheep's,pigs',chicken's or human manure waste,waste vegetables,food waste,straw powder,etc.

2.Adding fermentation mixture into the feed inlet chamber,it will enter into biogas digester via PVC feed inlet pipe.

3.After 3-7 days (temperature:20-35 degrees),the biogas will come out from top of biogas digester and enter into

biogas pipe.

4.Biogas safety:it is for release the pressure of biogas digester when the pressure in the digester is over 3kpa.It can be customized.

5.Biogas water separator:It is for getting rid of water in the biogas for making use biogas well.If you don't use it,the biogas pump,biogas stove or biogas generator maybe damaged very easily.

6.Biogas purifier(biogas desulfurizer):it is for getting rid of H₂S in the biogas.If you don't have it,the biogas can't use.

7.Biogas pump:It is for optional.It can pressure biogas for biogas stove,biogas generator.If you will use biogas to generate electricity,the biogas pump is needed.

8.Biogas pipe:our normal size of biogas pipe is 10-16mm diameter for optional.

FAQ

1.What will be includes for a complete set?

It contains biogas digester,ground protect cover for digester,feed inlet and outlet PVC pipe,25m biogas pipe and pipe fittings,biogas single burner stove,biogas pump,biogas purifier,biogas safety valve,biogas water separator,users'manual.

You don't need to buy any other biogas fittings separately.

2.How long can I use the biogas digester?

Usually,it's 5-8 years,it based on how is the maintenace you do .

3.Can I use in my country where the temperature is lower than 0℃？

Yes,but please tell us in advance,it needs warm keeping material for the digester and needs to be build underground.

Of course,if the temperature is too low,there is no biogas output.But we can provide warm keeping material for digester when the temperature is 10-15℃.

4.If i have big livestock,can it is ok for my farm?

This type is for home use,if you have a farm,please also contact us for getting a data colleting table,our engineer will design the biogas system based on your information.

5.Does the biogas digester needs to build concrete pond ?

No,it is no need to build pond for holding it.But you need to dig a hole or trench.

6.Do i must use biogas pump for the biogas digester?

No,it is optional,But we recommend you had better to choose.If there is no electricity,you can choose solar charged biogas pump.Acutally,the biogas pump will make the biogas fire bigger.If the distance from kitchen to biogas digester is over 20-25m,or if the output of biogas is less in winter,you have to use biogas pump.
