bulk bag unloading stations is one kind of powder transfer discharging system which widely used for bulk bag or tons bags unloading in chemical,plastic, cement, food, pharmacy industry etc. It can be designed in closed or open type structure as per different production needs. For meeting the different production request, it can also designed into the multifunction type which top for ton bags and below with small bags unloading.
Working Principle
-Lifting the big bag to the equipment inlet by forklift or electric hoist;
-Manually or automatically open the discharge port of the ton bag;
-Open the flow valve and assisted by the vibration device to push the powder or granular materials (in the ton bag) by gravity into the hopper to complete the unpacking and unloading work.
