A2:We can supply some free samples (total value under 10 US dollars) if you have a DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.·If the total value of samples is more than 10 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight, we will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

Q4: What's your payment terms?
A4: T/T payment.30% as the deposit, 70% of the balance payment before shipment.

Q5: What's your production capacity?
A5: Low end range 800-1000pcs per day, high end range 200-400 pcs per day.

Q6: What is the lead time?  
A6:It usually takes 25 to 35 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q7: Do you sell spare parts?
A7: We only sell spare parts together with full product order

Q8:What is your terms of delivery?     
A8: We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Q9:Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
A9:Yes, your logo and company name can be printed on our products and packing, such as gift box, paper card, carton. We will ask for a minimum order quantity, if you want to print your logo on our products and packing for free.

Q10: What's your guarantee period?
A10: 1 year from date of purchase.
