Introduction
This equipment particularly suitable for Z- winding transformers, rectifier transformers and electrical systems railway Scott, inverse Scott balanced transformer. Input single phase power, and generate three or two phases power by Internal power module, output to high voltage side and then sample high voltage and low voltage at same time, finally, the group, variation ratio, error and phase difference are calculated. Equipped with large screen LCD display, friendly man-machine interface, fully functional, easy to operate. It can be directly controlled by the upper computer through USB port, completing setting, measuring, uploading, saving and printing data, etc.
Features
1. Real three phases test: with input single phase power, internal data compose the standard three phases sin wave single source, generate three phase test power output through power amplifier（distortion degree less than 0.1%, Symmetry higher than 0.05%）, the test results have excellent equivalence and come out without group misjudgment.
2. Multi-function: Test three phase winding automatically, not only single phase, and test the polarity/ phase angle of single and three phases. Measure the data: ratio of three phases AB/BC/CA, phase angle, error, tap position, tap value at one time. Identify the group number automatically.
3. Phase angle measurement function: measure the phase angle between the high and low voltage accurately, can measure the ratio and angle of transformer without whole point.
4. Hexagonal chart display function: The test results are displayed by digital and hexagonal vector diagrams, which can
intuitively see the transformer connection group.
5. Blind test function: no need to choose wiring way and wiring group. Test Y/△/△/Y transformer without external short connection. It can change the wiring way automatically according to selected test content.
6. Tap test, it can quickly measure the ratio and ratio error of each tap switch. The rated ratio input need only once, the ratio error of each tap can be calculated without repeat input.
7. It has the functions of turn ratio and operating voltage ratio measurement together, which can reflect the actual value of
voltage ratio when the transformer is running.
