PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Stainless Steel Vacuum Chamber
P PBAUTOS stainless steel vacuum chamber is made of high strength stainless steel, which can provide a good visibility for work, it is bulletproof. We have two different kinds of lid materials for option, acrylic crystal lid and tempered glass lid. The vacuum chamber with acrylic crystal lid is applied to degas silicones, epoxies, essential oils, urethanes, industries and some experiments, but it is not recommended for stabilizing wood. If you need to use it for wood stabilization, please choose our vacuum chamber with tempered glass lid.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
Upon special treatment, the reading is accurate. The outlet valve has an air filter to reduce airflow and prevent dust from entering the chamber.
The vacuum chamber is made of high-strength stainless steel, it is good at corrosion resistance, heat and chemical resistance. The high-quality materials can hold a high vacuum for several hours.
Acrylic crystal lid is impact-resistant. And its excellent transparent and large window provides enough visibility for work. It can be widely used for degassing silicones, epoxies, essential oils, urethanes, industries and some experiments.
Tempered glass lid is impact-resistant. And its excellent transparent and large window provides enough visibility for work. It can be perfectly applied to wood stabilization, which acrylic crystal lid is not recommended.
PRECAUTIONS
When covering the lid, please notice to put it in the right place without any deflection. If the lid inclines a little, the vacuum chamber may not hold vacuum, and the lid may be sucked into the chamber with pressure. All the consequences caused by it shall be taken by yourself.
If you need to use it for wood stabilization, please purchase the vacuum chamber with tempered glass lid. Because wood stabilizing resins and volitile compounds are highly corrosive to polycarbonate and acrylic. Thus the acrylic crystal lid may crack soon in the wood stabilizing operation.
If the pointer of vacuum gauge is not in the null position, or it can not pull the vacuum to the maximum, try to open the black cover on the gauge top and calibrate the pointer to normal.
After vacuumizing, you must turn on the outlet valve slowly, or it may damage the vacuum gauge.
The rest metal washers in the accessory bag are for adjustment. If you would like to install more tightly for better sealing, you can add more washers on the pole when installing the gauge.
