Product Description
PS-1305
PS-1305 is a 75% solids, light color, addition-type cardanol-modified phenalkamine curing agent for medium and high solids epoxy coatings. This product cures quickly, even at low temperatures, and provides good adhesion to difficult-to-adhere substrate surfaces, such as inorganic zinc primers and degreased galvanized steel. The film quality with this curing agent is very good with no blushing even at low temperature and high humidity. Like other Wansheng phenalkamine curing agents, this curing agent also has good adhesion on wet or untreated surfaces, and has excellent water and corrosion resistance. The light color of this product expands the application range of phenalkamine curing agents in pigmented coating systems.

PS-1305 is suitable for fast curing, medium and high solids, marine, industrial and protective coatings with low surface preparation requirements. This product features fast curing and good hardness, making it ideal for applications requiring short application periods or multiple coats over a short period of time. Use in cold and wet conditions, even on wet and poorly prepared surfaces. This product also has good toughness and adhesion on different metal/substrate surfaces, and is especially suitable as a primer for marine, transportation and general industrial equipment. The product has an extremely wide curable temperature range (including below 0°C) and a good pot life at room temperature, which expands the application range of the coating and improves the ease of application. The product is light in color, suitable for areas that require initial color.
