Machine introduction:
This whole line is used for wool cleaning.
It includes wool washing machine, wool dewatering machine, and wool drying machine.
Machine features:
1. The whole line need the 3phase industrial voltage.
2. Wool washing machine wash one batch wool need 40minutes.
3. Wool dewatering machine process one batch need 10 minutes.
4. The wool drying machine: it has electric drying type and steam drying type. Drying time is different according to customer requirements.
5. Dewatering machine can remove the 80% water of the wet wool, which is better for the wool drying machine working.
6. The user need to add wool washing detergent into the washing machine to assist the machine work.
Machine advantage:
1. Wool washing machine and drying machine working time can be control by machine automatically, the user can set the working time on the control panel.
2. Wool dewatering working time can be user control by the machine handle.
3. Wool dewatering machine high rotary speed can remove 80% water of the wet wool.
4. Wool dewatering machine is equipped with one stainless steel high speed rotary basket (Centrifugal motion), which is durable.
