We can customize the cable feeder according to the details of cable and coil: the outer diameter of coil, the inner diameter of coil, the width of coil, the outer diameter of cable, the total weight of cable and coil.
This pay-off machine is suitable for wire coils with rollers. The machine adopts a variable-frequency motor with infinitely variable speed, which fundamentally solves the problem of difficult pay-off in wire harness processing.
Features:
(1)This machine is an automatic wire feeding machine, which is used in conjunction with a fully automatic computer wire stripping machine, eliminating the need for manual threading. You only need to fix the whole coil of wire on the pay-off rack, start the motor when the wire needs to be fed, and it will automatically stop when the wire is slack to a certain degree.
