TYPE OF NON-STICK COATING
·Generally non- stick: PTFE , economical, non-stick coating for sugar of less than 11% of the bread, does not exceed 260℃ under long time use and maintain the good mechanical strength.low friction coefficient, good wear resistance and the advantages of excellent chemical stability.
·Spray non-stick, PFA, also called super non-stick,continuous use advantage is have a higher temperature 260℃,
stronger steel toughness, especially suitable for use under the condition of high temperature resistant glue and use, durability can be improved to more than 3000 times . PFA materials cost more, but the service life is several times that of teflon .
·Silicon non-stick: the preferred coating for high sugar cake.Silicon has a much shorter service life than PTFE coatings.For cakes containing more than 20% sugar, i is recommended to use with a suitable amount of strip-ping oil.Under the condition of brushing oil, the stripping effect of silicon is much better than teflon.
