Product Description
Here we have a wonderful example of the industrial series popular in French horology. While the clock is striking, the powertrain wheel spins around, which really puts life into this clock. The brushed bronze case is in the form of a steam engine. The main body houses the clock with great level of detail of a steam engine, such as chained fire door and a small hanging shovel. The whole clock sits upon a black marble base with gilt-bronze feet. The white porcelain dial has black Roman numbers for the hours. This clock has an 8 day movement with half hour and hour striking. This complete clock measures 24" tall and 11" wide. This clock is in good working order.
