Yes, we are a factory that can customize all amusement products. We have our own design team, which can provide you with free design.
2. How to guarantee goods safety?a,) goods safety mainly guaranteed by design safety and material safety. We have 18 China standards, 13 USA standards, 3 Australia standards, 1 Canada standard, and 1 EU & British standard available to follow or reference. Eg. falling space and impact area, crushing point and shearing point, entrapment and obstacles, etc.
b), our product materials have complete reports of tested physical or chemical property. Eg. galvanized pipe, ply-wood, manmade leather, flooring mat, etc.

yes, we provide 1-3 years warranty,
a,) since our products are of non-motorized play equipments, so its maintenance are easy and simple as long as the installation process has no mistake. because pillars and frame and other supporting components can last many years more than just 3 years.
b,) top 3 problems usually are surface damage，loose connection, short of spare parts. so complete 3 years spare parts list and proper tools will be provided together with goods before delivery. As for soft surfacing damage, the best solution is to require users (players) take off shoes or dont wear hard sharpen wears.
4. How do you deal with current very high transport fee?
a,) to minimize the volume of goods since design stage. considering about how to pack them together instead of independently. thinking of multi-section structure and assembly innovation.
b), give precise after package size to fully use container space.
c), place order first and finished goods waiting for ship, don‘’t let ship wait for goods. anytime when ocean freight drops the goods can be send away immediately.
