A1: Yes, all products test can be passed by third party of ITS , SGS, etc. Factory audit by BSCI, SEDEX, SA8000, Disney and Mcdonald's.

A2: We provide daily used Ceramic/Porcelain dinnerware sets,Coffee & Tea set,Mug with material of normal white, super white, new bone china & solid color for new bone china, stone ware & stone ware solid color. Decorations include on-glaze and in-glaze.
Q3: How is the company's development ability of product and designs?
A3: We have our own design teams to offer different kinds of pattern as per different market request, and we can offer relative design as per customer's idea,and we can offer 3D effect for reference.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: In generally, we quote FOB Shenzhen price, payment 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance paid within 7 days against shipping documents. Or L/C at sight.
Q5: What's your production Lead-time for bulk order?
A5: Generally it takes 45-60days and 60-80 days in peak season or OEM designs.
Q6: What's the lead-time for sample?
A6: Within 3 days for white body or exist sample, 10-15 days for OEM sample.
