The Control Panel:

ADVANTAGES OF ROTARY OVEN:
1. The bake space is larger than usual deck oven. The large space can prevent the baker from burning and there is no need to turn baking tray for the baker during the whole baking work, which improves the working efficiency. And it is convenient to bake large bread such as toast. The height is 10cm higher than the usual deck oven. The width of the side wall is 10cm while the usual deck oven is 5cm.2. The wall contains plate cotton inside and the brand is “YINGHUA” in Shanghai, which is very famous in China. The plate cotton can insulate sound and keep warm very well while most deck ovens in market use loose cotton.
3. Leakage protector adopts “CHNT”, the first famous brand in China. It provides power off protection for the machine and tests whether the machine is electrified.
4. Air pressure valve adjust pressure level. Adjust the pressure so that the flame can fully burn.
5. Air blower has scale on it to adjust wind flow. The usual ovens don’t have scales on their air blower.
6. Fire stem is made of stainless steel 304 and won’t get rusty after long-time burning. While the other ovens are made of iron and gets rusty easily.
7. Gas pipe is copper. Because the gas pipe is very near to the fire stem so the material is very important. The copper can stand high temperature so it’s much safer and the lifetime is much longer.
8. Igniter connects two pipes. The left one ignites the other test the pressure of copper pipe. If the pressure is not big enough, the left igniter won’t ignite. Usual ovens don’t have this function.
9. The door is made of tempering glass. The tempering glass is strong and transparent. The baker can see clearly about the baking situation inside the oven and can have a good control about the whole baking work.
10. Every layer has peep doors to observe the fire condition. So you can adjust the gas pressure or air blow in time.
11. Totally two thermometers in each layer. One is in upper and the other is in bottom so the temperature of both sides can be known separately and accurately. The usual deck oven only has one thermometer. The Haidier thermometers are made of stainless steel and the temperature gap is no less than 0.1 degree.
12. Every deck oven has one halogen lamp inside it, making the baking work clear and sufficient.
13. The material used by Haidier deck oven is twice as the usual oven. Thus the Haidier oven is goods genuine and the price reasonable.
