1. Q: About Design?
A: We can help you throughout all stages of design, video, production, print & supply.
2. Q: What format (file extension) is required for final art/design?
A: The format of design should be AI, CDR, PSD or PDF.
3.Q: What kind of material and printing are optional for video brochure?
A: The standard is 350g artpaper matt or gloss with 4C printing. Other materials and printing process are acceptable at your request.
Material: 157g, 2500g hadcover, leather, Linen, PVC etc.
Printing process: Embossing & Embossing&Engraving, UV, hot stamping, spot color printing, double-sided printing, etc.
4. Q: What is the dimension of video greeting card?
A: The most common sizes for video brochure are A5 (150×210×10 mm), A4 (210×297×10 mm). Other customized sizes also available.

A: Standard switch for video brochure is magnet switch, start on opening, magnet cotrol on/off switch.
Other options are light sensor, motion sensor, mechanism switch, push button, etc.
8.Q: How many buttons and video do you want put on the video cards?
A: Max 10 buttons , depends on the srceen size you like. It can be customized according to the functional requirements of the product. such as: pause/play, previous, next, fast forward, rewind, volume up, volume down ,video&image switch,on/off buttons or AV1 - AV9 button corresponds to 9 different videos. The above functions can be combined freely.
9.Q: About Memory?
A: Internal Memory and Video Play Time (estimate): 128Mb (up to 7min), 256Mb (up to 15min),512Mb (up to 30min), 1Gb (up to 60min), and so on. Play time is subject to video compression and format used.
10.Q: About Battery capacity?
A: Lithium Polymer rechargeable 500mAh with 1hour continuous playback. 1500mAh with 3hour continuous playback. Higher capacity batteries up to 8000mAh are available up on request.
11.Q: Standby logo Model?
A: Usually a company logo or product shot supplied as a JPEG which will display for 1-2 seconds whilst the video is booting up, referred to as Splash screen, or, the JPEG
image can remain on standby until a video button is selected.
12.Q: Can we lock or hide the video file? So others can not change or delete the video.

A: Yes, we can set password or hide the video file at your request. We can lock your content so that the content cannot be copied nor downloaded by other persons.
13.Q: About USB cable included?
A: With every video brochure a 100cm micro-USB cable is included.
14,Q: About charging?
A: We recommend using the USB Wall Adapt or for charging the video brochure. Connecting to your PC or MAC is recommended for uploading content only.
15,Q: About upload content?
A: Generally, we will upload your content during assembly. Should your content not be available during this time, then you can easily upload the content yourself by use of the
supplied USB cable & connecting to your PC or MAC. IMPORTANT: Once you havecompleted the video upload, please ensure you eject the drive via the Safely Remove Hardware option in the system tray of your PC or MAC. If you simply pull an external drive out of a running computer,
you might lose files, crash applications, or, even crash the video brochure.
16.Q: What is kind of packing for lcd video business greeting card ?
A: Bubble bag and inner box packing for each card.
17.Q: How can I pay for the order?
A: Our payment terms: T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Credit card. For sample order: 100% T/T or Western Union in advance, Paypal is also acceptable. For bulk order: 30% deposit T/T in advance, balance clear before pick up or shipment.
