1.  The feeding requirement of raw materials for aluminum powder ball press machine:

• The required size of raw material is less than 1mm should be controlled between 30-40%, and that between 1 mm to 2mm grain size should be 30-40%, The maximum size of materials are no more than 3mm should be about 20%,also can be 0-5mm.


• The moisture should be 8-12%(the moisture have a great influence on forming briquettes,also keep raw materials with binder is keep moisture evenly.


• In order to avoid damage of the roller and shaft that material should never have allowed with iron or other high hardness lumpy materials.


• Binder and other additives should be prepared by user, our company also will provide the formular of binder, however the user should know more about binder by themsleves.
