Q. What is your Minimum Order Quantity?

Different products have different MOQ. Please don’t hesitate to check with us for specific items.

Q. If we find your bank account different as before, how should we respond?

Please DON’T send the payment and double check with us before arrange payment. (Bank details will be listed in every piece of proforma invoice)

Q. What about delivery date?

If we have free stock of the item you need, we can send goods to you within 2~3 working days after receiving full payment. If we don’t have free stock, the delivery date can be different for different products. Generally speaking, it will take about 3~10 days.

Q. What about shipping?

We can ship in small batches by way of air express or larger ones by the container. To save cost, you can either use your own assigned shipping agency or our cooperative forwarder. Please don’t forget that we are located in Shenzhen, which near all the convenient ports, such as Guangzhou, Zhuhai and HongKong.

Q. What are the precautions for printhead? Notice:

1. Please confirm PRINTER MODEL before order.

2. If printer appears "Non-Genuine" or "Align Fail" or other error message, please click "YES" or "OK" or "NEXT" to continue, then printer can print.

3. If the printer can't recognize printheads, please take off printheads, use eraser to clean the chips softly, install back and restart printer. (We advise you wearing gloves and prevent extra ink)

4. If prints come with fading color, steak or broken lines at the first time you install new ink cartridges, please try to do Printer Head Cleaning once or twice. (Cleaning is in PRINTER SETTING)

 Step1.  After making every details clear with our sale, please confirm orders to us. 

We will send you a Proforma Invoice (PI). Need your information, such as full name, 

country, city, detail address, post code, tax number ...

 Step2. Send payment via TT bank transfer, Western Union, Paypal or Credit Card as you like! On the basis of the PI & send back us the proof, we will delivery by FeDex or DHL within 2 working days after payment confirmed.

⇒ Instructions for printer head purchase: 

1. Please check if there is any damage in transit once receiving the goods.

2. If you’re not a professional technician, please be sure to ask a professional to install it. The pipe and fuse MUST be checked before installation, otherwise you will bear all the responsibilities if causing the head or board burnout.

3. If you are using the continuous ink supply system, if there is a break line after the first printing, turn off the cart and return it to the middle position for three hours, then push the cart to the middle position to start printing. Do not wash the nozzle repeatedly (It can be 2-3 times), this will wash out the nozzle!

4. If you receive with quality problems, please MUST provide videos from installation starting until the problem happen, we will provide you with professional after-sales service in a timely manner.

5. Since the printer head is consumable, we only guarantee there is no problem with the TEST on the machine. If installation with problem on the machine. You need to return the product to us within 3 months to replace it, so as not to lose the warranty time.

6. Many problem may occur after being put on the machine, like the machine itself problem or human improper operation. Due to these quality problems, We are unable to offer after sale. Thank you for your kind understanding.
