Suitable For
JDL series drilling rig is a mechanical top-drive drilling equipment that can work both air and mud drilling, when drill hard layer,we use air compressor, when drilling soft layer, we use mud pump. It is suitable for various formations, it can do core drilling,geological exploration, deep water well in solid area and construction drilling.
Application
JDL series drilling rig is mainly used for core drilling with large and small caliber, mainly alloy and diamond, as well as for engineering geological exploration, hydrology, wells, agricultural irrigation wells and other uses, especially for water collection projects in mountainous areas and rock formations.
Features
· Adopt automatic manual transmission gearbox.
· The rig adopts a long stroke mechanism and a mechanical power head.
· The drilling rig adopts double oil pump for oil supply, and the hydraulic system uses split flow and convergence technology.
· The main shaft of the drilling machine adopts mechanical transmission.
· Some functional interfaces are reserved in the hydraulic control system of the drilling rig.

* Equipped with hydraulic steel tracks for stronger off-road capability;
* Equipped with four hydraulic square tube high outriggers, which is convenient for leveling on site and saves a lot of loading and unloading costs;

* The rig uses dual oil pumps to supply oil, and the hydraulic system uses split flow and merge technology to increase and decrease the power head more quickly;
* Equipped with a foldable auxiliary tower, which can lift two 3 m / drill drill rods at a time.
