Q1: What product can I customize from you?

A1: We could supply the customized design for all the sizes of the workpieces you produce, such as Various styles of powder coating and spraying production lines, industrial spray booths, environmentally friendly and energy-saving spray booths, high-temperature rooms, through-type spraying, dry (water curtain) spraying chambers, electric hot air drying ovens, drying ovens and drying tunnels, hanging conveying equipment, Painting equipment such as furniture baking room.

Q2: What types coating line could you make?
A2: Automatic Powder Coating Line For Column,Powder Coating Line With Fast Color Change System,Automatic Powder Coating Line For Control Box,Powder Coating Line For Springs.

Q3: What is your terms of packing?
A3: Generally, we pack our goods in Carton boxes and square tube . If you have other requirements , please let us know .

Q4: Payment terms?
A4: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

L/C is also acceptable.

Q5: What is your terms of delivery?
A5: EXW, FCA,FOB, CFR,CIF, DDU

Q6: How about your delivery time?
A6: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q7: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A7: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. And we welcome you to coming and checking the quality of the equipment.

Q8: How to make sure the equipment suitable for you ?
A8: After we get your requirements about equipment , we will ask our engineer to do design drawing to you . If you think ok, we will give you quotation .

Q10: Can you send engineer oversea for installation instruction?

Q11: What about the guarantee period?

A11: You will have 12 months guarantee time for the paint booth, if the parts broken as our mistake, we will send you by DHL. But as we do the pre install before the loading, so this situation won't happen we believe.
