Parameter
L-type three axis elevating positioner is widely used in welding and assembly of complex workpieces. The L-type welding positioner makes the workpiece in the best welding or assembling position of horizontal or 45° through the rotation, flipping and lifting of the work table. It can be combined with other welding equipment to form a semi-automatic, fully automatic welding machine. The rotary table uses variable frequency stepless speed regulation. L-type welding positioner is mainly used for the welding of special workpieces such as buckets of loaders and buckets of excavators. Widely used in construction machinery, agricultural machinery, automobile transportation machinery and other special industries.

Product Advantages
When running at full load, the pressure on the contact surface between the guide wheel and the guide rail is large. Increase the contact area between the guide wheel and the guide rail to reduce the pressure, balance the pressure through the guide wheels in multiple directions, and reduce the friction during the lifting process.
The overturning of the L arm and the rotation of the workpiece all adopt the slewing bearing rotation structure. Different from the ordinary bearing, the slewing bearing can make the stress evenly distributed on the larger diameter steel ring, which greatly improves the rotation.
The worktable rotation speed is adjusted by VFD,the adjustment response accuracy is high,and the speed operation is stable and reliable.
The operation panel has the functions of ·up、down、tilting、forward、reverse and stop. The speed is adjusted by the rotary button and displayed on the display screen.
