Advantage of Blade with Cut hole design
1) Reducing self weight and small cutting load can greatly reduce power consumption, save mining cost, and greatly reduce power consumption by about 30%
2) Good slag discharge,in the cutting can bring out the sand in the stone crack,avoid the deformation and softening of the saw blade matrix due to Heat.
3) Cooling in place, the cooling water can be brought into the SAW seam in the cutting process to increase the cooling effect, so that the saw blade matrix does not deform,and the saw path is small after cutting.
4) Hollow saw blade can release the stress produced in the process of using the saw blade,relieve the cutting deformation and prolong the service life of the saw blade.
