1.BRTR09WDS5P0 is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine range of 120T-320T for take out products and runner.

2.Vertical arm is telescopic type. Full AC servo motor driven on each axis.

3.HC FIVE-axis CANOPEN connecting way: Less connecting line, long distance communication, good expansibility, strong anti-interference ability, high repeat precision, can simultaneously control mutil axis, simple equipment maintance, low failure rate.

Robot Assembly Instruction

1. Step One of Measure hole position and install transition plate:

    If there are any hole on the injection moulding machinery, our company will make an transition plate for the robot installation, and then just need to measure and fix it.

2. Step Two of Crane and fix:

    Using the strong straps to bundle the head and tail ends of the Crosswise Axis.

    Second, using a bridge crane to hang the straps and keep the robot in balance. 

   Third, fixing screw between the robot base and plate.

3. Step Three of Connecting:
    3.1Connecting the robot controller line

    3.2 Connecting the signal between robot and injection machine, there are two way: first way is connecting the IO line point one by one with the signal from injection machine; second way is inserting the Euromap connector to the injection machine directly.
