About HALNN Diamond Dressing Rollers
Advantages of HALNN diamond rollers:
1. Simple operation, high trimming efficiency, long service life, stable quality, and easier automation;
2. It can be used to dress complex-shaped grinding wheels that cannot be completed by other dressing methods, and the surface quality and precision are stable;
3. The angular symmetry tolerance of the diamond dressing roller is controlled at 0.5 degrees, and the minimum arc tolerance is guaranteed to be within 2μm.

Precautions for the use of HALNN diamond rollers:
1. Do not give the roller a strong impact.
2. After installation, the radial runout at the step of the roller should not exceed 0.004
3. Do not press the ON/OFF button when the grinding wheel and the roller are in contact (only after the stop)
4. Before dressing, the rollers and grinding wheels must be cooled with coolant for a certain period of time. The flow rate and pressure of the coolant during dressing should be equal to those of grinding wheels.
5. Fully inject coolant into the contact part with the grinding wheel during dressing.
6. The rotating part of the drive device cannot enter the dirt.
7. The clearance between the roller and the mandrel should be controlled within 0.004 to prevent vibration.
8. When the roller is trimmed, the feeding amount cannot exceed 0.02 each time.
