2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in Luoyang city, henan province, about 45 minutes drive from Luoyang Airport. All our clients from home and abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us.

4.How can I get some samples?
We are honored to offer you samples, but clients are expected to pay for the products cost and freight. But the sample product cost will be return back once order are released.

5.What is the structure of your products? KD or assembled?
Most of our products are knock down structure. We also do assembled. Installation instruction will come long with our goods.

6.Will you send the goods to my warehouse ?
Under normal conditions , we will send the product to the port which is nearest to you and you are responsible for Clear Customs , pick up the container to your warehouse. If you do hope that we can send the goods to your warehouse , please email our sale person and they will help you . 

7.Can you offer the certificate which i need  ?
The factory can offer all kinds of certificate and report to you . ISO9001 ISO1004 , OHSAS 18001, Original certificate  and so on . Drop- testing report are also ok for all the product. 

8.How long is your delivery time?
For regular items, it will take about 20-25 days for a container. Customized items will take longer time, it also depends on quantity.

9.If i pay you , you do not offer goods , what should i do ? If you offer me the bad goods , can i ask my money back ?
