The Layout of corner tube biomass waste heat boiler is mainly vertical, and has the following structural features:
* Single drum, natural circulation, vertical layout, tail flue all steel support;
* Furnace for the whole membrane wall self-supporting structure;
* Superheater and evaporator arranged in the furnace of the second and third flue.Economizer and air preheater arranged in the tail of the flue, configure the water jet to regulate the temperature, the load regulation ratio;
* Soot blowing mode using rapping, steam soot or shock soot blowing;
* Evaporator using horn boiler unique flag-type heating surface, compact structure and easy sealing.

Sichuan Chuanguo Boiler Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SCBC) is located in Jintang County, Chengdu City, formerly named as Sichuan Boiler Works, was established in 1968 as a defense industry enterprise directly subordinated to former Ministry of the First Machinery Industry of P.R.C, and was one of the first batch of 8 boiler manufacturers granted the license for production of class-A (highest) boilers by national authorities.
