Manufacturing Technique


Vacuum fried on the condition of low temperature(80-85℃),we fry the vegetable chips using the palm oil.It taste crispy.Our raw materials are fresh fruits and vegetables for the season.
Normal frying temperature needs to reach 170 degrees,In this way, harmful substances will be produced.Low temperature Vacuum frying is completely under vacuum and at low temperature,This preserves the color of the raw material itself and No harmful substances will be produced.
Remove oil in vacuum after vacuum frying in vacuum frying machine,So it's low in oil.So it's not that frying is bad for you.
