Answer: Sure. We usually provide sample for charging you 3 times of the quote price. But sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FedEx,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not,you can pay the freight charge to Alibaba ,we will ship with our account.It takes about 7 days to reach.
4.Question: How long is the sample lead time ?
Answer: For existing samples, it takes 7-10 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 7-15 days for the sample making and 7-10 days for shipping. Anyway,we will response fast to your request.

Answer: For Ready to ship products, it will be dispatched within one week. As for customized products, It takes 25-40 days, We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
6.Question: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design ?
Answer: We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, PSD, AI, CDR or PDF, etc.
7.Question: How many colors are available?
Answer: We match colors with Pantone, so you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
8.Question: Which kind of certificate would you have?
Answer: BSCI,GRS ,SGS, ITS, BV, ect.
9.Question: What is your payment term ?
Answer: Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight.
