Yes, we can print your pictures or logo for free.
4. How about the materials used in products?
We use the best Plato 0.45mm,0.55mm PVC tarpaulin for ground inflatables, and 0.60mm,0.90mm PVC tarpaulin for water games.
5.What’ s included in products?
Blowers for ground inflatables or air pump for inflatable water games (with certificate), storage bag, repair kits (included PVC tarpaulin materials, glue).
6.Do you ship by Sea, Ground or Air?
We do it all. It just depends on your delivery time, budget and which shipping option you would like to choose for yourself.
7. How long will it take to make any of these inflatables if they are not in stock?
The regular bounce houses usually take 5-9 days, and much larger items like water slides and inflatable obstacle courses can take anywhere from 10-15 days. Custom made orders take about 10-20 days, depending on the style, size and structure.
8.How about the package?
Yes, each step of production and finished products will be came out inspection by QC department before shipping.
