Q1：Are the motors DC or AC type?
Q4: How do you guarantee that your products are qualified?
A1：All of our motors are DC motors.
Q2: Does the actuators have signal feedback?
A2: Hall sensors or potentiometer can be built in if you need. Hall sensors are able to guarantee synchronizing movement of actuators.
Q3: Are your linear actuators CE certified?
A3: Yes, our products are CE, ROHS, SAA, FCC certified. You can trust the quality of our products.
Q4: How do you guarantee that your products are qualified?
A4: Each actuator will be inspected thoroughly in our inpection room and we will test the tensile force, stroke, speed, hole diameter and direction of the pull rod and installation distance. If it has abnormal sound during the test, we will rework.
Q5: Can your linear actuators be connected to PLC?
A5: Yes, it can be linked to PLC directly, but you will need to do the setup.
Q6: What can I do to prolong the service life?
A6: We will recommend the ideal duty cycle which is working 2 min, stop for 18 min.
