Shenzhen Zhaogoo Industrial Co., Ltd. is an electronic manufacturing enterprise with FPC and Rigid-flex PCB production and sales as its core business. It is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, and also has an office in Hong Kong. We were established in July 2012, with ten years of manufacturing experience, 118 employees (as of March 31, 2022), and a plant area of 2,689 square meters.
We have a full set of production equipment, such as automatic cutting machine, CNC drilling machine, high-precision exposure machine, automatic etching production line, high-precision laser cutting machine, flying probe testing machine, etc., with a daily production capacity of 600 square meters and sufficient production capacity. The substrates of famous companies such as DuPont and 3M are selected to ensure excellent product quality. The company has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 management system certification, and its products have passed ROHS certification.
After ten years of accumulation, our main customers include HUAWEI, OPPO, APPLE, DELL, etc. (APPLE and DELL do not directly supply), etc.

Flying Probe Tester
It is used to quickly test the electrical performance of the FPC, determine whether there are open circuits, short circuits and other undesirable phenomena, and remove them.
Electrical testing machine
If the number of products is large, this test method is used to determine whether the products have defects such as open circuit and short circuit, and then remove them.
Automatic laminating machine
The equipment is used for automatic lamination of steel sheets, and its precision and speed are higher than those of manual work, and it is suitable for mass production.
Laser cutting machine
It is mainly used for cutting the shape of the product, its precision is as high as 0.03mm, and the cutting speed is fast. It is suitable for sample production and customers who have high requirements on the shape and size.
Automatic feeding machine
The equipment is used for precise slitting of materials, the cutting surface is neat, and the utilization rate of materials is increased. At the same time, the operation speed is fast and safe.
Press machine
This equipment has high temperature and high pressure during operation. It is used for lamination of different layers of FPC and Rigid-flex PCB. After lamination, the product has high peel strength and high reliability.
Quadratic element measure
It is used to measure the dimensions of products and molds, such as position, concentricity, straightness, contour, roundness and dimensions related to datums, etc. It is mainly used for two-dimensional plane inspection of thinner products and smaller products or other 2D projection inspection of workpieces.
Electronic stripping tester
The peeling tester is an electromechanical integration system mainly used for peeling and breaking test of adhesives and film materials, and completes the functions of peeling and stretching of the test piece.
