Working process:
Put the board papers on the working table. With feeder system, paper is collected one by one down to the unilateral gluing equipment and the first layer of every book will not be gluing so that every book block is separated naturally. All of the layers will be sent to the book collection station with the book spine downwards by the suction cylinder. When one book block is finished, it will be pressed tightly from three directions by the swing pressing board. Then the finished products are one pile of the square book blocks with precise size and trimmed edge . With touch screen, this model is easy to adjust and operate.
Working principle:
With automatic paper feeding function, automatically gluing function, automatically pressing and trimming board papers from three sides function and intelligently separating book block function, this machine makes the folded board papers combined with each other by white glue, and separates book block intelligently.
Application: This machine is used for making photo books, picture album, children board books, cookbooks, stamp album and so on.
