Needle roller, also known as needle cylinder.
A metal cylinder with a steel needle attached to its surface. Installed in the draft area for controlling and carding fibers.
It is used in silk spinning and woolen spinning frame without twist, woolen spinning frame and silk spinning, shaft silk imitation spinning frame.
The main body of the needle roller is a copper or steel cylinder, with holes drilled on the surface and steel needles planted in the holes. Each end of the cylinder is equipped with a flange, whose surface is slightly higher than the tip of the needle to protect the tip from damage.
The main parameters of the needle roller are: bottom diameter, outside diameter, needle width, needle height, needle density, needle Angle and needle number.
