FVMQ rubber


Fluorosilicone rubber combines the advantages of silicone rubber and fluoro rubber:


1.Wide temperature range (long-term - 65 ℃- 200 ℃), up to 250 ℃ in short term;


2.Excellent resistance to fuel, engine oil, solvents and chemical media;


3.Lower tensile deformation and better vulcanization recovery ability;


4.It retains the advantages of high tensile retention rate of silicone rubber at high temperature;


5.Good insulation performance;


6.Has good selectional air permeability and meets the requirements of environmental protection;


7.Easy to color. It is suitable for high temperature, low temperature, oil and medium resistant applications.


Product application


1.Aviation Industry: seals and contacts of fuel oil and lubricating oil on aircraft, such as various O-rings, gaskets, sealing rings, sensor materials, diaphragms and fluorosilicon gaskets, can also be used for the overall sealing of aircraft fuel tank.


2.Automotive Industry: sealing rings, oil seals, diaphragms, conduits, valve linings, etc. for all kinds of vehicles.


3.Medical and health: used for medical instruments and artificial organs, such as catheters, drainage tubes, artificial valves, etc. 4.Military industry: it is used in harsh environments requiring low temperature resistance, oil resistance and acid resistance, such as the hydraulic system of military aircraft, infusion bellows, doors and windows, rear cover sealing strips and sensor materials for special vehicles.


5.Petrochemical Industry: all kinds of seals for pumps, valves, oil tanks and other equipment resistant to high temperature, low temperature.


 Using method


Please mix the rubber several times before use it, adds 0.6~0.8 parts of vulcanizing agent, then mix and thin it for 4-6 times according to demand, and then storage 24 hours after rewinding, then mix and thin it for 3 times the thickness on the mould machine according to the requirement.


 Packing and Storage


1. Packed with sealed bag, the net weight is 10kg per bag, two bags per carton.


2. It should be stocked in clean, ventilated and dry warehouse, the valid is for one year.


Note


1. The product has cold flow property, it should be avoided the packing broken in the transportation.


2. The product should be avoided contact with acidic or alkaline substances to keep neutral.  Series

Packaging & Shipping


Package:


Packed with sealed PE bag outside, load in waterproof paper barrel. The net weight is 20+0.1kg per barrel, then stack on a pallet.


Stored in clean, cool and dry places, avoid contamination from foreign substance such as dust and moisture.

Nontoxic, noninflammable, inexplosive, no corrosion,  the product is transported according to non-dangerous product.
