A: Around 15 days. It depends on the order quantity, order date and shelving design.
Q4: What is the term of payment?
A: Payment terms: For order <=USD3000.00, 100% T/T in advance. For order >USD3000.00, 30% of deposit upon order confirmation,andbalance will be paid before shipment.
Q5: Are samples available?
A: Yes, regular samples are available. Customized sampling is also supported. Reasonable sample cost will be charged and refund inthe next bulk order. Sample freight is by your side.

A: Detailed installation guide will be provided. Our engineers can also teach you freely.

A: The difference between the two racks is upright. Main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights and add on rack is the
continuedrack with 1 upright only. For example, if there are 10 wall racks, the overall structure will be 1 main rack+ 9 add onracks.

A: Generally, it is knockdown package, bubble films for uprights and beams, cartons for other parts. Or customized package safefor long-distance transportation.
