Product Description
LFS bags convey-infeed-closing unit
This unit, which is constituted by Automatic sewing head, bags infeed device, Belt conveyor and a column, is used to close bags filled with various products e.g. foodstuff, fertilizer, feed, & chemicals. It is suitable for stitching packing of paper bags, woven bags after bag top folding.
Functions: convey bags, auto feed in bags, bag top folding or non-folding, auto stop-start sewing, auto cutting threads.
Sewing head can be selected: GK35-6A, GK35-8A, GK68-9, DS-9C
Bag infeed device can be selected: QG4900, QG6900, QG4900SS, QG6900SS
Belt conveyor: 3.0m (LFS3000) or longer
You can make up a complete set as you like for example LFS3000+QG4900/6900+(GK35-6A) which is constituted by a 3.0m conveyor, GK35-6A
sewing head, QG4900/6900 bags infeed, a column and its control box.
If you have belt conveyor by yourself, you can purchase it without conveyor.

LFS3000 BELT CONVEYOR
23.0 meters Belt conveyor and a column, is used transfer the bags to the feed in device and then to the sewing head. The length of the belt conveyor can be customized, but it should be no less than 3.0 meters
CP4900 FOLDER
CP4900 bags feed-in device is used to feed the filled bags into the sewing machine. Depending on the length of the bag, the seam can be in a depth of up to 1200 mm from the top edge to the bag, normally 30-40 mm.
GK35-6A BAG CLOSING HEAD
GK35-6A is automatic single needle machine for both plain and crepe-tape bound closing of all kinds of filled bags. The machine will start automatically by photoswitch actuated by the bag being fed into the machine.
CHROME ROUND PEDESTAL
Pedestal is support device for bag closing machine head. Constituted by a column, motor for the sewing head, and electrical equipment, it can work together with conveyor and bag closing sewing head to complete the bag stitching assignments. The height of sewing head can be manually adjusted so as to meet different bag height.
